Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
Alexandria OcasioCortez is an American politician and teacher is a millionaire with an estimated net worth of $200,000. She was elected to the United States Congress in 2018. She also goes by the acronym "AOC" in its initials "AOC", and began her term in January of 2019. She represents the 14th District for the 14th Congressional District. She is the daughter and son of Sergio Ocasio Ocasio Cortez (Blanca Ocasio) and Gabriel Ocasio Cortez. Gabriel is her younger brother. Her father, who died in 2012 was a small-business owner , and her mother cleaned homes. The family relocated to Yorktown Heights when she was five years old. She attended Yorktown High School where she was a highly skilled student. After graduation from high school, she attended Boston University. While she was still a student, she worked as an intern for U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy and also helped her family navigate a lengthy probate battle to settle her father's estate following his death during her second year of college. She has said both events had a significant influence on her.
